The Questions We Get Asked…

How long is your lead time?

We create each item individually for each client, so our lead time is 12-14 working days, but we always try to have your parcel delivered as quickly as possible. 

Do you have a store we can visit?

Unfortunately, not. We work solely via our online shop. 

Do you have a return/exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we do not. Because each item is individually made for each client, we unfortunately can’t offer any returns or exchanges on wrong sizes, colours or designs chosen, so make sure to double check your basket before checking out.

How do I know if the items will fit me?

We have very reliable size charts with each item, so you can check the size charts for your size. 

Do you do custom embroidery?

We do custom embroidery on any of the items found on our website. We do not do custom embroidery on personal items.

Do you have a number we could phone?

We work only through email. So, if you have any questions, pop us an email to [email protected].

Do you have minimum or maximum order/spending quantities?

No, we do not. You can order 1 item or 100 items, we’re here to cater to everybody’s needs. 

How we work

We are a bunch of very creative people working together, so sometimes our ideas run away with us, and then we get fixated on this new idea that we sometimes forget to check-in with the other work we had set out for ourselves. 

What is the solution to this? Structure! A whole lot of structure!

Without structure, we wouldn’t get anything done!

So, this is a rough version of what our weekly structure looks like:

Mondays we do admin and planning. This is important for us so we can get a very clear idea of what still needs to be made, and whose orders need to be shipped that week. We also make sure we have enough material, embroidery thread and all the other materials required for us to make sure we can ship out those orders as quickly as possible. 

Tuesdays to Thursdays we are in active production. We obviously still continue to check emails and orders, but on these days, we make sure that all the scrubs are being made perfectly, and that all embroidery is beautifully executed.

On Fridays we do the extra fun stuff – we get to put together your parcels and log them for delivery!
This is the most exciting part for us, because just as you are excited to receive your parcel, we are to send them! We put together these parcels with love and care, and with every parcel we finish our smiles become broader and broader.
And then at the end of a Friday, we just have a quick look at what we might need for the next week and make a quick list of orders that need to be placed, so we are ready for Monday. 

Then we do it all again the week thereafter.
